Welcome to our website! Here you can learn about the workshops, presentations, and other services we offer for the English/ASL interpreting field. We strongly believe in practicing interpreting with an equivalent approach in both American Sign Language and English. Linguistic and cultural competence in both ASL and English are necessary in order for an interpreter to be able to effectively produce an accurate interpretation. This involves equivalence in meaning, content, and intent in both languages. Cultural meditation may also be appropriate in certain situations. Our philosophy guide us in our work and workshops.
